Micro

This tiny-home design focuses on creating a place for calmness and enjoyment. This project is about creating a quiet place where architecture and nature meet. The pavilion is raised on slender columns, hovering just above the water so it feels light and almost floating. From the deck, you’re surrounded by reflections of trees and sky, making the building part of the landscape rather than separate from it.

The design is simple: a clean white frame, open floor areas, and soft curtains that can be pulled across for privacy or left open to let the outside in. Light moves through the structure during the day, casting changing patterns on the walls and floors.

Inside, the spaces are flexible, with somewhere to read, practice yoga, or just sit by the water. The wooden deck extends outwards, blurring the edge between land and water, and encouraging slow moments of pause.

Rather than filling the building with too much, the design focuses on calm, openness, and connection with the surroundings. It’s a place for retreat, reflection, and being present in nature.
